Welcome Back!

We’d like to take a moment to thank the real estate community for your patience, understanding and caution as we collectively navigate the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.

At this time, we are pleased to announce that we are lifting the in-person restrictions that were in place for closings held in our offices. We welcome our realtor and lending partners back in the office. However, due to the nature of the virus, and the fact that many remain vulnerable to infection, we ask that you and your clients follow a few guidelines:

  • In accordance with office building restrictions, all parties attending closing must wear a mask when entering the building and while in the building common areas (main corridors, stairwells, elevators, restrooms).

  • Do not attend closing if you feel ill.

  • Avoid bringing children to closing when possible.

  • Step outside to the lobby if you notice our waiting areas are crowded.

  • Practice social distancing.

The following protocols remain in affect in our offices and for our Vesta team members:

  • Settlement agents will be seated a comfortable distance from the clients signing the

settlement documents to comply with the CDC’s social distancing recommendation.

  • Remote work remains in effect for employees wherever possible.

  • Established employee hygiene requirements such as hand washing between closings,

cleaning of all lobby and closing room spaces between closings and the removal of all

snacks and non-disposable dishware will remain in effect.

  • We strongly encourage the use of electronic payment of earnest money deposits.

  • Buyer/Borrower and Sellers will be provided with new pens and are asked to take these pens with you when you leave.

Thank you once again for your support and understanding during this crisis. As unprecedented as this last year has been, we are confident that we have all emerged more resilient. We look forward to seeing our friends and partners and we remain committed to keeping you safe and healthy as we all return to a more normal work environment.
